7. AI Bots & Automation Disclaimer

AI bots and automation tools are designed to enhance efficiency and customer interaction. However:

  • AI responses are generated based on available data and training

  • The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy in automated responses

  • Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Innotech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Third-party platform failures or service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Termination
