1. Service-Based Nature of Work
Innotech Solutions LLC provides custom, time-based, and resource-driven services, including AI Bots & Automation, Digital Marketing, BPO Services, and Web & App Development. Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are limited once services have commenced.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Project Commencement
Clients may cancel a project before work begins by submitting a written request.
If payment has been made and no work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or processing fees.
After Project Commencement
Once a project has started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on work completed.
Fees corresponding to completed work, allocated resources, and incurred costs are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate payments
Payments made in error
Services not delivered as per the agreed scope (subject to review)
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Completed or partially completed services
Change of mind after work has started
Delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals
Third-party costs (hosting, tools, ad spend, software licenses)
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Monthly & Subscription-Based Services
For recurring services such as SEO, digital marketing retainers, AI bot subscriptions, or BPO support:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Services
Innotech Solutions LLC is not responsible for refunds related to:
Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
Hosting providers
CRM or third-party software services
Refunds for third-party services are subject to their respective policies.
6. Project Delays & Force Majeure
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (including technical failures, regulatory changes, or force majeure events) do not qualify for refunds.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through:
Service revisions
Adjustments within scope
Alternative solutions where applicable
